A now fully mature and strikingly complex nose offers up notes of spice, soy and hoisin-infused secondary fruit aromas that lead to utterly delicious and beautifully intense middle weight flavors that deliver a textured mouth feel and a seductive textured on the solidly lingering finish. While this will certainly continue to hold for another decade, it has reached a stage where there is no further upside and thus there is no reason to not to pull a cork soon. Tasted thrice recently with similar results.
