A vaguely exotic nose offers up notes of cool, pure and airy green apple, jasmine tea and white flowers. Here too the mouth feel of the medium weight flavors is quite fine with an appealing vibrancy suffusing the stony, delicate and sneaky long finish. A Genevrières of finesse. (Drink starting 2025)
