A pretty and attractively layered nose combines notes of apple and acacia blossom with those of hazelnut and matchstick. The mouth feel of the middle weight flavors is quite fine, indeed it's almost delicate, though there is good punch to the linear, chiseled and notably more complex finale. Lovely. (Drink starting 2024)
