Here the nose is composed of pure and very cool extract of red currant liqueur, stone and soft earth aromas. The round, tender, delicious and caressing medium-bodied flavors possess excellent concentration and fine intensity before culminating in an extract-rich and mouth coating finish that, in contrast to the almost delicate mouth feel of the mid-palate, is robust and muscular. This is certainly an admirable effort by any standard but as good as it is, there are better 1ers in the range. (Drink starting 2026)
