Here too there is a barely visible touch of wood with much more earth influence to the red and dark berry fruit aromas. There is good power and a sleek muscularity to the moderately robust flavors that possess fine mid-palate concentration and plenty of punch on the well-detailed and mildly austere finish. I like the sense of balance and this should come together over the medium-term. (Drink starting 2017)
